Return & Refund Policy

At The KapdaKart, we take pride in delivering quality unstitched suits. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.


Returns & Replacements

  • We offer return or replacement only if the product you received is:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Wrong item sent

  • To be eligible for a return/replacement:

    • You must raise a request within 3 days of delivery.

    • The item must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at thekapdakart@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item

  2. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details or UPI ID for the refund.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons like color variation or change of mind, as minor variations in fabric color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Custom-stitched or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Return shipping details will be provided upon approval of your request.
